Welcome to Bonjuekittens ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or browsing our website (bonjuekittens.com), submitting an inquiry, reserving a kitten, or finalizing an adoption agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our website or engaging in our adoption process. All adopters must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• Application & Review: All prospective adopters must complete an inquiry/application. We reserve the right to decline an adoption if we deem the living environment or circumstances unsuitable for the welfare of the kitten.
• Deposit & Holds: To reserve a specific kitten, an agreed deposit is required. Once the deposit is confirmed, the kitten is officially reserved and marked as pending/reserved on our website.
• Final Balance: The remaining adoption balance, along with any applicable shipping and transportation fees, must be paid in full and cleared prior to shipping, flight booking, or in-person handoff.

We take great pride in our ethical breeding program and the vitality of our kittens. Our adoption agreement is backed by our comprehensive Health Guarantee:

• 96-Hour Veterinary Check: The adopter agrees to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 96 hours of physical receipt. If a serious, untreatable congenital defect or life-threatening illness is diagnosed during this examination, written proof from the veterinarian must be provided to initiate a replacement kitten or refund.
• 2-Year Genetic Defect Guarantee: We offer a 2-year warranty protecting against severe hereditary and congenital defects that significantly impair the kitten's quality of life.
• Vaccination Notice: Because kittens receive full age-appropriate vaccinations prior to departure, we strongly advise against administering additional vaccinations within the first 14 days of arrival to prevent immune stress.

• Transportation Arrangements: Safe shipping via commercial airlines, pet nannies, or specialized ground transport is coordinated upon receipt of cleared funds and veterinary health certification.
• Airport Collection Obligations: The adopter agrees to arrive promptly at the designated airport facility and present valid government-issued photo identification matching the airway bill manifest.
• Weather Delays & Safety Embargoes: In instances where severe heat, cold, or storms create hazardous travel conditions, airlines will issue pet travel embargoes. The safety of the kitten is paramount; travel dates may be rescheduled without penalty until safe conditions prevail.

By finalizing an adoption, the buyer commits to providing a lifelong, compassionate home:

• Indoor Living: The cat must be kept as an indoor companion to protect against outdoor hazards, predators, traffic, and infectious diseases.
• Nutrition & Care: The adopter agrees to provide high-quality nutrition, clean water, adequate mental stimulation, and prompt veterinary care whenever needed.
• Pet-Only Agreement & Spay/Neuter: Unless explicit breeding rights are agreed upon in writing, all kittens are placed as companion pets and must be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age recommended by your veterinarian.

All text, photographs, kitten portraits, logos, breed descriptions, and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of Bonjuekittens and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not download, reproduce, scrape, modify, or republish photos of our kittens, breeding parents, or website content for commercial use without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonjuekittens shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website usage, airline delays beyond our control, or failure to follow post-arrival veterinary guidance.

Our total liability in connection with any kitten adoption transaction is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the kitten.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
